EU AI Act: tipps and insights

The EU AI Regulation, which has been in force since February 2, 2025, sets new rules for the safe and ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI). SMEs must evaluate the AI systems they use, classify risks and implement specific measures such as transparency and documentation for high-risk applications.
