Didactics – understanding learning types and addressing them

People learn differently - visually, aurally, by doing or by analyzing. Digital learning formats such as WBTs can specifically address these learning types if they are didactically cleverly designed: through clear visualizations, spoken content, interactivity, structure and flexibility. This makes learning in the company effective, individual and sustainable.
